The Inveraray Community is a unique neighborhood that consists of 68 cottage style homes, on 113 acres, in Villanova, PA. The property is located in Radnor Township, Delaware County. Our entrance is on Darby-Paoli Road just west of Newtown Road and across from the well known Willows Park Preserve.
Our homes were designed by the well-known architect, Anne Capron. They range in size between 3200 and 4200 square feet and are a mix of stone, stucco, and clapboard. The very private lots sit on approximately 1/3 of an acre and the balance of the space is open common areas dedicated to Community use.
Inveraray is a highly sought-after community, a true oasis of peace and serenity. It combines the best of HOA living with privacy and a great community feel. Integrated seamlessly into nature, home sites offer views of magnificent sunrises and sunsets, beautiful Willows Park and serene rolling hills.
In addition, Inveraray residents also enjoy their proximity to active farmland. In the Fall, it is a joy to see and smell the harvested bales of hay. And it is a pleasure every day to drive or walk by the grazing Angus cattle on Darby-Paoli Road.
Lastly, Mother Nature abounds as we share our space with rabbits, squirrels and chipmunks and the occasional fox and deer. Lest we forget, look up and enjoy the Red-tail hawks who oversee the property and the woodpeckers, finches of all types, cardinals, Blue Martins, hummingbirds and more.
