The park we know and love across from the entrance of our neighborhood is a great place to spend time outdoors. Come walk the trail of Skunk Hollow or have a picnic by the pond. New renovations will be happening *hopefully* in time for Spring of 2021.

One of the greatest botanical gardens in the region is just minutes away. The main house located on the garden property was a "summer cottage" to a Philadelphia pharmaceutical manufacturer and his family in 1912. Upon inheriting the estate, the son of the Rosengarten and Penrose family, established a foundation ensuring that Chanticleer would be developed as a public garden. It consists of 13 beautifully unique, immaculately cared for sections to explore. The garden is open from March 31st through October 31st, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday.
